- Either (i) Cambridge School Certificate and at least 5 years of work experience at supervisory level in the hotel industry.
Or (ii) National Trade Certificate Level 2 (NTC 2) in any hotel trade and at least 2
years of working experience at supervisory level in the hotel industry.
Or (iii) Mature candidates from the hotel sector not having the required academic qualifications may also be considered.
